Vilano Racing 21
Is a Vilano TUONO 2010 Road Bike ok for a new biker?
I want to do an Olympic Triathlon at the end of summer. I can run and swim, so that part is not an issue. BUT I need a bike! Went to a bike shop but the cheapest thing was $900, I can't spend more than $300 and I couldn't find a used one in the local ads. I found this on ebay...but I don't know if it's any good. I don't need anything too great, just a decent bike that will last a few summers.
Thanks for all your help!

Spend a little more and get a good bike with sti shifters from bikes direct. The stem shifters are old school. The 24 speed bikes will have a much better free hub instead of the old 21 speed freewheel.
You also need to get the correct size frame a 58 cm bike is for someone that is about 6 ft with a 34 inch inseam.
