Is there anyway I can play downloaded games on a flashdrive,that i can put on a limited account and play?

I downloaded urban terror on another cpu, for windows xp and I put it on a flashdrive,but I'm running on a limited account. And everytime I try to pull it up it says like you need administrator privelges or something. help me please.

You need to be an administrator to install any program so the answer to your question is a big NO. Ask the owner of the laptop to give you admin rights or let him install the game for you so you can play it even under a Limited account.
