Can I fit an extra seat to my Pajero sport commercial? like in behind the two front seats?

Hi, I would like to know if it is legally possible to fit a third seat behind the driver/front passenger seats, of my Mitsubishi pajero sport commercial? it's a five door model. Also if it's legal, is it technically possible?

It will be legal if -
There mounting points are there to secure it properly
There are suitable points to fit and you do fit seat belts
You have the V5C changed to match the new seat capacity.
You do not try to continue to clain from HMRC, if you do, for it being a van as it becomes a car.
