Twin Spring
Can I transport a twin-size mattress & box spring on the top of a Chevy Cobalt 45 miles without much trouble?
I want to take a twin-size bed to my niece. I drive a Chevy Cobalt (2008). I am wonder what potential problems there might be, trying to transport it, 45 miles, on the roof of my car (apart from looking silly). Any suggestions for how to properly tie it down? Other things I should be careful of? I will be driving through town, with brief travel on a highway.
