Schwinn mesa gs 05 model new, is this good bike?

I going to buy this bike for $200 and use it for casual riding.
Is this good bike?
How good is the bike?
Or is GT avalanche 3.0 06model
better?

It's a good casual bike, a big step up from Wal mart. And for $200 an exceptional deal. I looked one up on EBAY it's at $220 + $60 shipping with 1/2 day to go so $200 is a very good price.

EDIT: the GT would be better but looks like it cost more. For casual riding both are fine.
