Running Walking

How many days a week should I go running/walking to burn off fat?

And how long until I can see results?
I will also be doing other cardio along with walking and running.

I would suggest walking/running every single day for at least 30-40 minutes. That'll do some huge damange to the fat stores in your body. After three or four weeks of that, you notice the changes.
