What are some good ideas to put in my speech?

i'm running for Vice President for my elementary / junior high school. i'm in eight grade and 4th-8th graders are going to be listening to my speech. it's a catholic school, so we don't have a pool or that great materials for like art and gym and we wear uniforms. does anyone know how i can spice up my speech? and also what is some good advice when i'm up by the podium? please help. and elections are tomorrow.

Speak from your heart & only say what you believe is the best you will do for your school. You don't have to have the best of every thing to learn & that is why Catholic Schools do so well. The parents & students work for what they want. My 4 children went to Catholic school & have excelled because of their wants & desires in their life & their religious back ground. Think what good things have come to you & what you desire to do in your future life. Any thing is possible if you have the want to try other ways to succeed on your own.
