Cruiser Burgundy
Which bike would fit me better? I'm 15 (16 in 2 months), 5'2, with an inseam of 30"?
I need a really cheap, cute bike, so it's between these two:

I really want the first one more than the other, it's much better looking, however I'm only 5'2 with an inseam of 30", so I'm not sure if I will be able to touch the ground. It'd be good if I can at least comfortably touch the ground when stopping.... So should I get the children's 24", or the adult 26"?
How do you stop if your feet cant touch the ground? D: I was riding on my friend's bike that was 26" and I had to jump off and I couldn't stop because I couldn't touch the floor 
Let's start with stopping first & the bike itself later. With the bike's saddle (seat) set to the proper height you should NOT be able to come to a lengthy stop with your feet on the ground. Maybe your tip-toes for a short time...other than that - nope. If your feet can comfortably reach the ground while stopped, the saddle is too low. This will eventually cause knee pain when riding. When coming to a complete stop for anything more than a second, you should straddle the bike with both feet on the ground. Yes, this may take a bit of practice. See & read everything on the links below. Learn from the master. I quote, "The most basic saddle adjustment is the height. Most bicyclists have their saddles too low, so that their knees are excessively bent as they pedal. This makes cycling much more tiring for a given speed, and is likely to cause harm to the knees."
The bikes you are looking at are pure discount store junk. Sorry to burst your bubble. You are still growing & should get an adult bike, either in a cruiser or a geared bike. One with gears would be MUCH better. The bikes you looked at have steel frames & steel wheels. Do you realize how heavy these bikes are? To go up a hill - any hill, big or small, on a steel cruiser is gut busting. Beach Cruisers were originally designed & built to ride one place only...the boardwalks of beaches - completely flat terrain. And steel wheels went out ages ago.
To get a truly good bike with quality components, go see a real bike shop. Real bike shops do not sell toys & Toys 'R Us and Walmart do not sell real bikes.
