How crappy are the no-name brakes on the specialized allez sport comp.?

i am looking to buy a road bike and i would like to know anything about the allez comp and the allez sport comp.

You must mean the Allez Sport Compact and the Allez Compact. I would not recommend the Allez Compact. They are called Compact because they use 34/50 cranksets. It uses pretty crappy low end Shimano components. The Sport Compact uses Shimano 105s except for the actual brakes, but you could get a bike shop to swap them out for Shimano 105 brakes. But, I wouldn't be very worried about the quality of the brakes.
