Is an 800cc cruiser too big for a starter bike?
I'm new to riding, I'm 5'9", 150. I was looking today and found a Suzuki 800cc cruiser bike. Would this bike be okay to learn on or would it be too big? The sales guy was trying to tell me that a twin engine 800 like that is no more powerful than like a Ninja 500, is that true or was he just trying to convince me to buy a bike? Let me know if this would be an okay starter bike/
Given Your size, it's not a bad choice with a lower seat height and center of gravity bit it still has some bulk. Practice low speed maneuver's in a parking lot until You learn it's handling traits.
